1.2 They apply in particular to bookings made directly through our website, by telephone, email, in writing, or through an online booking system used by us.
1.3 For bookings made through external booking platforms, additional or different contractual terms may apply, provided they have been validly agreed upon.
1.4 Individually agreed and expressly confirmed contractual terms take precedence over these General Terms and Conditions.
1.5 Mandatory statutory provisions, particularly consumer protection regulations, remain unaffected.
§ 2 Definitions
2.1 Accommodation Provider: Dorfstub'n – Restaurant & Apartments, Maria Pabinger, which provides apartments for temporary accommodation in return for payment.

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract and Booking Confirmation
3.1 The accommodation contract is concluded when the Accommodation Provider accepts a booking. Acceptance may take place, in particular, through a written booking confirmation or a binding confirmation in the online booking system.
3.2 A non-binding inquiry does not generally establish any entitlement to accommodation.
3.3 The details confirmed at the time of conclusion of the contract are decisive for the contractual content, particularly the travel period, number of guests, booked apartment, agreed price, and included services.
3.4 The Contracting Party is obliged to provide complete and accurate information when making a booking.
3.5 Changes to a confirmed booking require an appropriate agreement between the contracting parties.
§ 4 Prices and Payment Terms
4.1 The prices expressly agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract shall apply.
4.2 The stated prices include the legally required value-added tax (VAT), unless expressly stated otherwise.
4.3 Additional charges, such as final cleaning fees, local tourist taxes, or other additional services, will be listed separately before the contract is concluded, unless already included in the total price.
4.4 The Accommodation Provider may require a deposit. The amount and due date of the deposit are specified in the respective offer or booking confirmation.
4.5 The remaining invoice amount must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
4.6 In the event of late payment, the statutory provisions shall apply.
4.7 Legally required taxes and charges shall be collected in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.
§ 5 Beginning and End of Accommodation
5.1 The Contracting Party is entitled to use the booked accommodation during the contractually agreed period of stay.
5.2 The agreed check-in and check-out times will be communicated to the Guest during the booking process or in the booking confirmation.
5.3 Early check-in or late check-out is only possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
5.4 The accommodation must be vacated by the agreed time on the day of departure.
